Alaska Public Media/KCAW reproduced founder-owner-manager Rick Armstrong's Sept. 13, 2019 investor email announcing closure effective Oct. 1, 2019. Suzan Hess is independently identified as co-owner in 2012/2015 sources. Exact equity at closure remains UNKNOWN. [Alaska Pass 20]
