Status: ACTIVE. Current site is operated by the Overath family/team, but exact legal brewery entity and ownership structure were not captured in this pass. Current physical land brewery at Hauptstraße 4, Schillsdorf. First-party history says the first beer flowed in 2006, the brewery was expanded in 2016, and it currently brews in traditional small-batch fashion beside the Kirschenholz restaurant and farm shop.
