Station Agro-Biotech history states BilPub opened in downtown Saint-Hyacinthe in 1990 and Bilboquet Microbrasserie obtained artisanal brewer permit AB006 on 27 January 1994. Current evidence presents Le Bilboquet / Le BilPub as the same brewery-pub organization. QC-0243 BILPUB is retired as a site/brand duplicate. Current production/boutique and downtown pub addresses may differ within the same organization.
