Tally's Take

Why this matters

Status: ACTIVE. Ownership as recorded: Physical brewery and legal/company identity are supported by current Hamburg Beer Week and local business sources. A 2024 interview says bottled beer was then contract-brewed in Franconia while draught beer was brewed in Billwerder; current batch allocation therefore remains a beer-level attribution issue.. Young Hamburg brewery at Billwerder Billdeich 36a. Hamburg Beer Week 2026 opens the brewery to visitors and states that the team brews Franconian-inspired lagers there. A 2025 IBA Hamburg profile identifies the three founders. [Germany Pass 75]
