Status: HISTORICAL PHYSICAL / CURRENT BUSINESS PRESENCE / CURRENT BREWING UNCONFIRMED. Ownership as recorded: Bitterfelder Brauerei GmbH is legally active and Harald Eisenmann is documented as managing director. Legal existence and beer-manufacturing business classification do not prove current physical brewing.. A 2010 municipal publication documents active brewing at the revived Bitterfeld operation, including brewmaster Sokolowski preparing wort for about 2,000 litres of beer, and a 2012 direct brewery visit documents onsite production and a six-beer range. The legal company remains active in 2026 and current business/store signals persist at Hinter dem Bahnhof 5, but no sufficiently direct 2026 first-party brewhouse or brew-day evidence was recovered. Keep this revival separate from DE-BRW-293, the 1880-1995 industrial brewery. [Germany Pass 79]
