Who owns this brewery?
The archive is still digging. That is a gap in the research, not a finding of independence.

From the record
Summary
Status: ACTIVE / PRODUCTION BREWERY. Ownership as recorded: Current first-party institutional evidence directly establishes the brewery and operator. Exact beneficial-control concepts are not forced onto an association/nonprofit structure.. Lebenshilfe Halle states its brewery was completed in December 2020 and now brews beer for customers in Halle and the surrounding area. Current Böllberger material lists locally brewed Pils and Kellerbiers. The brewery is also a supported-work employment setting; that institutional role is separate from the physical-producer classification. [Germany Pass 79]
