Boréale - Les Brasseurs du Nord
Blainville, Quebec, Canada · Est. 1987
Tally's Take
Why this matters
Official Boréale history states Laura Urtnowski and Bernard Morin began brewing in 1987, leading to Les Brasseurs du Nord. IMPORTANT Pass 77 correction: the Montréal Relais at 159 rue Jean-Talon Ouest is a genuine secondary Boréale brewpub/brewing laboratory with exclusive beers brewed on site. It remains under the single canonical Boréale / Les Brasseurs du Nord entity rather than becoming a duplicate brewery company row.
