Who owns this brewery?
The archive is still digging. That is a gap in the research, not a finding of independence.

From the record
Summary
Ownership as recorded: Bosque brewery/company final ownership and post-bankruptcy IP disposition remain incomplete; do not infer brand ownership from production alone.. Legacy Bosque beers remain historical records; brewery/site closure must not erase beer/brand lineage. | Pass 16 lifecycle audit: Brewery operation remains CLOSED. Brand is CURRENT in 2026 and produced by Marble; brand survival is not brewery reopening. [New Mexico Pass 19]
