Type: Historical Löwenbräu sources say the brewery at Feldbach, operated by Wilhelm Funk, merged in 1890 with the Felsenkeller brewery at Wald to form Wald-Feldbach. Feldbach production stopped in 1892 and its customers were then supplied from Wald. Status: CLOSED — Production ended 1892 After wald-feldbach merger. Wilhelm funk → Wald-feldbach merger This is the later Feldbach brewery operation in the Löwenbräu predecessor chain. The original 1836 Hürlimann Feldbach foundation/site lineage remains attached to Hürlimann and should not be silently merged without a proven legal succession chain.
