The held wording had the direction backwards: Brauerei Fischerstube AG is not owned by Ueli Bier GmbH — the AG holds Ueli Bier GmbH (five CHF 20,000 shares) as its subsidiary. The AG itself is the independent family firm of Dr. Hans-Jakob and Rosa Marie Nidecker-Huggenberg and their descendants, rooted in Hans-Jakob Nidecker's 1974 purchase of the shuttered Fischerstube at Rheingasse 45, Basel.
