Status: Active / house brewery. Current legal operator HRB 211258 with managing directors Svenja and Silka Schlichting. Brewing is part of the long-running Schlichting family Ulex operation; exact equity ownership not captured. Current physical house brewery at Bei der Kirche 1. First-party site says a brewing system was added in 2005 and today two house beers, Cronemeyers hell and dunkel, are brewed for exclusive service at the Brauhaus.
