Status: Active / house brewery. Current Soltau imprint identifies Joh. Albrecht Brauhaus GmbH and Gesellschafter Detlef Lotte. This is a distinct physical brewery site from the already-recorded Hamburg Joh. Albrecht site. Current separate physical Brauhaus site at Winsener Straße 34D. First-party Soltau pages explicitly describe beer brewed from mash to serving onsite, and official Lüneburger Heide tourism says beer is brewed in the gastraum before visitors' eyes.
