Status: HISTORICAL PHYSICAL NANO BREWERY / CURRENT STATUS UNCONFIRMED. Ownership as recorded: Historical physical brewing and legal project identity are established. Current lifecycle remains unresolved.. Meininger's CRAFT documented Brauzimmer as a registered brewing project using a converted cellar in a Neustadt private house in 2018. MESSE BREMEN reported in November 2019 that Gwinner and Müller brewed about 120 litres once per month in Gwinner's cellar and sold the beer through craft-beer bars. Fresh platform consumption exists later, but no 2026 primary production proof has been recovered. [Germany Pass 75]
