What we have established
Type: Historical brewery. Ownership as recorded: HISTORICAL_CLOSED. WHS says Edward Becker built the City Brewery here in 1876, producing beer and soda water; Bernard Becker bought the business in 1899; the property later operated as New London Bottling Works. Brewery operations ended in the late 1920s and the building was converted to apartments in the early 1930s. Current physical status after the 1981 survey is unresolved. [Wisconsin Pass 17]
