Summary
2025-2026 Rhode Island sources identify Tony Lustig as Discipline Brewing owner/founder and Sam Clidence as his business partner/co-founder. Exact equity percentages and the corporate legal entity remain UNKNOWN, but the current ownership-partner relationship is sufficiently. Foundation; unresolved legal entity, ownership, licensing, and exact site lineage remain explicit backlog.
