From the record

Summary

Type: Historical brewery / Birrone producer. Primary archives now prove a substantial Prata production/storage infrastructure in 1867-1868. Municipal history separately places the move from Chiavenna to Prata in 1865. Exact founding, exact site parcel, Pizzala partners, closure, and any transfer to Carlo Pedretti remain unresolved; the water canal is not assumed to be brewing-process water. [Italy Pass 34]

The source reproduces a primary 1865 publication reporting the 1861 exhibition. Do not infer exact recipe, ABV, packaging, continuity after Pizzala, or ownership of the broader regional Birrone name. (HISTORICAL) [Italy Pass 34]
