Status: CLOSED. Corporate ownership history through Brau und Brunnen and later Bavaria-St. Pauli requires a dedicated entity-lineage pass. Closure year records cessation of brewing at the physical Nienstedten site, not final corporate dissolution. Historical industrial brewery founded as an Aktiengesellschaft on 21 November 1881. Nienstedten local archival history reproduces the registration chronology and later records that brewing and filling at the Elbchaussee ceased in the first half of 1995. A dedicated Elbschloss archival fonds survives for 1950–1976.
