Who owns this brewery?
The archive is still digging. That is a gap in the research, not a finding of independence.

From the record
Summary
A major anchor in the Hamilton scene, turning out highly sought-after pastry stouts and heavily fruited modern sours. Current first-party online beer shop verified; exact address/owners queued for deeper pass.
A summary written during research. The sourced facts are in the sections below.
Tally’s Take
Hamilton's other art-forward brewery, and the one publishing an ABV for everything on the board. The Chuggy line is the interesting move — four fruit versions of a 2% 'extra light beer', which is a brewery betting that people want to stay all afternoon rather than get somewhere.
The People
Behind the beer
Hamilton craft brewery known for experimental and clean modern beers.
