Who owns this brewery?
The archive is still digging. That is a gap in the research, not a finding of independence.

From the record
Summary
Foolproof was acquired from founder Nick Garrison by Rich Visco in May 2021 and placed under the Brewery Collective. RI SOS 2023 filing identifies RI Brewery Collective LLC as a beer brewery/taproom at Foolproof's 241 Grotto Avenue premises. The former FPBC LLC was revoked in 2022 and is historical only. Current post-Visco equity/controller remains unresolved. Foundation; unresolved legal entity, ownership, licensing, and exact site lineage remain explicit backlog.
