Summary
Producer of Forged Irish Stout, the nitro stout brand launched by MMA fighter Conor McGregor in July 2023. The beer was developed for his Dublin pub The Black Forge Inn, which he bought in 2020, and was initially made in partnership with an existing Irish brewery before McGregor acquired brewing capacity of his own. It reached the UK and United States later the same year.

Ireland has Guinness, Beamish and Murphy's, and a home crowd with strong opinions about all three. What makes this worth an entry is not the celebrity but the sequence: the pub came first, then the beer for the pub, then the brewery to make the beer.
