Tally's Take
Why this matters
A Delta farm-field brewery that built its name on saison and sour at a time when British Columbia wanted IPA, and then quietly got very good at pilsner too — including one brewed with oysters. Nectarous and Noctarous are a dry-hopped sour and its dark twin, separated by one letter, which tells you how much fun they are having.
