Tally's Take

Why this matters

A blendery brews no beer at all. It buys young lambic from other people, ages it in its own barrels and blends the results, which is closer to what a Champagne house does than a brewery. It is also the only one on the French-speaking side of the language border, which in Belgium is never a small detail.

Year-Round

Gueuze

ABV7.0%

Blended from lambic bought young from established brewers and aged in Tilquin's own oak. The blendery brews none of it itself.
