Pass 190 resolves Scripps Ranch as Harland's production anchor. California ABC's current P-12A list links Harland Brewing Co., LLC to Type 23 Small Beer Manufacturer base file 603801, and California DIR records active Harland brewery boiler/pressure-vessel equipment at 10115 Carroll Canyon Rd. Harland's current first-party locations list Scripps Ranch, Bay Park, South Park, 4S Ranch and The Clubhouse. The old One Paseo page now says 'WE'RE MOVING!' and One Paseo is absent from the current locations list, so it is treated as a stale/transitioning location rather than a second producer. Octotillo Holdings, LLC appears as the ABC P-12A entity associated with Harland Brewing Co., LLC, but this pass does not overstate that regulatory relationship as proof of ultimate beneficial ownership.
