Who owns this brewery?
The archive is still digging. That is a gap in the research, not a finding of independence.

Summary
Status: Active / site relocation unresolved. Accepted as a continuing producer at B confidence from move-continuation reporting plus fresh official-profile/current customer activity; exact current brewhouse address, legal form and ownership remain HELD. Real physical brewery founded as a project in 2018 and opened/supplied regionally from Rathausplatz in 2019. HAZ later reported that the Rathausplatz site would close for a move while Jens Kummerfeldt intended to continue the microbrewery. Fresh 2026 official brewery-profile activity includes a new Theo Hausbier and current pours, but the post-move physical production address is not yet recovered.
