Tally's Take

Why this matters

Status: CLOSED. Ownership as recorded: Exact founding year/current historic premises remain unresolved. Successor activity is represented separately as Aper Brauhaus rather than reactivating Hillthaler.. Former Ammerland microbrewery. Its brewery-controlled profile explicitly states that business operations ceased on 31 Dec 2022 and were handed to successor BBQ-Team Ammerland. Later stale active lists are therefore incorrect for Hillthaler itself. [Germany Pass 75]
