Summary
Ownership as recorded: Einar Kjeldsberg bought the Sollistrand brewery/property after Riefs Bryggeri's 1909 bankruptcy and formed Horten Bryggeri AS. A 1969 decision led to sale of sales rights; the 4 February 1970 contract effectively transferred rights to Nora while the buildings/property remained with the Kjeldsberg family.. [Norway Pass 12]
