What we have established
Founded 1999 by Tom Porter in Arena, Wisconsin (Lake Louie's own history page). Wisconsin Brewing Company (Verona) announced its acquisition of Lake Louie on 2019-05-19 (madison.com; wkow.com), Porter saying the brewery had maxed out after 20 years; production moved to WBC's Verona plant and the Lake Louie name was later applied to the combined portfolio there. The Arena operation ended — the year it stopped brewing is not stated in any source read, so closedYear is left blank rather than guessed. The Lake Louie BRAND is a separate record (brands.json) and is ACTIVE at Verona.
