What the sources say
Bearhill's own site lists Last Best Brewing & Distilling under Our Brands / Our Locations (opened May 2015). Calgary Journal, 18 January 2017 (https://calgaryjournal.ca/2017/01/18/last-best-brewing-owners-recount-hopp-on-local-beer-market/): "The business includes four brewpubs: Jasper Brewing, Buffalo Brewing Co., Banff Ave. Brewing Co. and Last Best Brewing and Distilling all under the parent company, Bearhill Brewing".
Ownership history is kept as dated events, so a change of owner never overwrites the one before it.
