Summary
Founded by Sean and Karen Lawson, beginning in a small backyard brewery. Sip of Sunshine was contract-brewed at Two Roads in Connecticut to meet demand before the Waitsfield taproom opened.

Started in a shed in the Mad River Valley and got so far ahead of its own capacity that the flagship had to be brewed in another state. Contract brewing is usually treated as a compromise; here it was the only honest way to answer the demand.
