Les Sœurs Grises — Trois-Rivières

Trois-Rivières, Quebec, Canada · Est. 2015

01

Tally's Take

Why this matters

A Trois-Rivières branch of a Montréal bistro-brasserie concept, announced in April 2015 and closed in August 2017 after about eighteen months of operation, per L'Hebdo Journal. It ran nine lines of house beer, which is what makes it a brewing site rather than a bar with a brand over the door. The archive preserves it as exactly that — a historical Trois-Rivières brewing location — and deliberately not as a new lineage for its Montréal parent.
