Exact brewery legal entity/shareholding remains unresolved; hotel operation is not automatically equated with brewery ownership.. Current hotel brewery at Carl-Kossow-Straße 35-37. Official Mecklenburg-Vorpommern tourism lists nine beers brewed in-house using well water drawn from 120 m depth; a 2013 brewery handover release says Marlower beer had already been sold for nearly five years and gives annual capacity of 75,000 L.
