Status: CLOSED. Incorporated in 1906 and documented by a 1913 Canadian commercial history and surviving archival photographs. Pass 25 corrects the former broad 1906-1936 continuous-company interpretation: a Royal Commission record proves a separate Moose Jaw Brewing Company Limited was incorporated in June 1925; federal brewing directories then list American Brewing Company Limited at Home & 10th Streets in 1932 and Moose Jaw Brewing Company Limited at the same later address in 1934. Exact legal succession from the 1906 Brewing & Malting company to the 1925 company remains PARTIAL / UNRESOLVED and must be tested with corporate, land-title, directory and archival records.
