New Realm's first-party Auburn page states that beer is brewed on-premise on a 7-barrel brewhouse and that six taps are dedicated to beers made specifically for the Auburn location. Auburn University's Brewing Science program describes a three-vessel direct-fire brewhouse, research lab, one-barrel fermenters and student practicum/research use. Ribbon cutting/opening occurred Sept. 20, 2023. Modeled as a separate Alabama production location while parent-brand ownership remains with New Realm Brewing Company.
