Summary
Archived/current first-party pages identify a Tasmanian craft brewery and distillery at 284 Argyle Street and a temporarily closed taproom; August 2026 reporting confirms Hobart Brewing Co has taken over the former Overland site. The ABN remains active, so corporate status is not equated with brewery-site operation. Recorded in the source pass as "Overland Brewers & Distillers — 284 Argyle Street" — the suffix names the production site, not a separate company. Venture Spirits Pty Ltd / business-name lineage.
