Fiji Bitter is the Pacific's answer to an Australian ale, brewed for heat, humidity and long afternoons — and majority-held by Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. In much of the Pacific the bottler owns the brewery, which is a structure you rarely see written down.

Behind the beer
Fiji Times reports Deo joined Foster's Group Pacific/Paradise in 2006 after earlier Coca-Cola Amatil Fiji QA work beginning in 1997. Her brewery experience included 11 years managing brewing operations, four years as Suva Brewery operations manager, a Diploma in Brewing, and study toward a Masters in Brewing. In 2017 she was appointed Supply Chain Manager after leading the Suva brewery redevelopment.
Spencer appears across Paradise's 2017 anniversary/export coverage, product launches and 2024 rugby partnership coverage as general manager, linking brewery modernization, innovation, exports and brand/community strategy.
OFS's 2015 deployment case identifies Chandra as Paradise Beverages' Operations Manager and quotes him on packaging-line downtime monitoring before and after the software installation.
Paradise/Fiji Times reports Varawa joined for industrial attachment in 2009, returned in 2010, became a permanent production operator in 2011, progressed from filtration assistant operator to brewer, relieved the Brewing Supervisor, worked on secondment at the Samoa brewery and became Team Leader Continuous Improvement in April 2023.
