Summary
Status: HISTORICAL — HENNINGER ERA ENDED 1981; LATER AMSTEL SUCCESSION. Address: 197–201 Burlington Street East / Burlington & Ferguson, Hamilton, ON. 1951 federal roster lists Peller Brewing Co. at 197 Burlington St E. Federal corporate-history evidence says Canadian Breweries acquired Peller control in 1953 and assets in 1954 through Brading, and that the Hamilton plant was later bought by Henninger in 1973. Federal 1973–1980 brewery rosters list Henninger at Burlington & Ferguson. Treat as one physical brewery-site lineage across successive operators. [Canada Pass 123]

What the sources say
Peller plant entered Canadian Breweries through Brading asset acquisition; later Carling operation is separately supported by brewery rosters/history.
Ownership history is kept as dated events, so a change of owner never overwrites the one before it.
