Researched 2026-09-13 (Wikidata P576 lead rejected as closure; recorded as succession); no held claim preceded it. Legal-entity merger (fúze sloučením) with Krušovice as successor; the successor was renamed Heineken Česká republika, a.s. on 1 January 2010. The Brno brewery kept brewing and took on Hostan production the same year. Corporate succession, not closure.
