What we have established
Status: ACTIVE. Current Illinois brewery group. In 2026 Pollyanna states it officially acquired Alarmist Brewing and is building its fifth location at 4055 W Peterson Ave, the former Alarmist/Siebel site. Alarmist beers are planned to return; the new Chicago site is not yet treated as open until independently/currently verified. [Illinois Pass 03]
