From the record

Summary

Status: CLOSED / CONSOLIDATED 1960 IDENTITY; SITE CONTINUED. Address: 154 North Algoma Street, Port Arthur, ON. Federal 1932 brewing-industry roster confirms Port Arthur Beverage Company Limited at 154 North Algoma Street. Pass 117 adds direct Thomas Fisher labels for Wolf's Head Stout and Harvest Ale (catalogued c.1924–1962) plus Thunder Bay Museum object 984.53.184B showing Port Arthur Beverage bottle-filling machinery. These strengthen product/material-culture evidence but do not by themselves establish an earlier corporate start or the legal succession from Superior Brewing. The 1867/1876 predecessor conflict remains held. [Canada Pass 123]
