1. 1920
   The Hemrich group buys the Imperial Brewery

   The Province, 10 December 1920: "RAINIER BREWERY FOR KAMLOOPS - Following the purchase recently of the Imperial Brewery plant and property here" — Kamloops' Imperial Brewing Co. of 1898 (imperial-brewing-kamloops-historical, TB-W7FG63H7).

2. 1921
   Rainier Brewing Company, Ltd — the first Rainier brewed in Canada

   After BC's repeal on 1 January 1921, in June "the Imperial Brewery was reorganized as the Rainier Brewing Company, Ltd." under a licence from Seattle Brewing & Malting for the Rainier trademark at "a royalty of 20 cents per barrel produced"; in July "Rainier Pale" went on sale.

3. 1923
   Bankruptcy court; the Fiddes syndicate; 'of Canada'

   Under the Vancouver bankruptcy court's supervision in 1923; in June sold to a Vancouver syndicate headed by Robert Fiddes, and in August 1923 "reorganized as the Rainier Brewing Company of Canada, Ltd."

4. 1927
   The plant is shuttered

   In June 1926 the Fiddes group bought the Westminster Brewery and moved production there; "Early in the following year the Kamloops plant was shuttered." The SFU row's 1924 end and this 1927 are both kept. The Sick family's Rainier came later, in Seattle.
