Secondary city-history chronology places Johann Friedrich/Wilhelm Remmer's brewery at Schüsselkorb and later Buntentorsteinweg 110/120; the brewery moved to Neustadt in 1903/04. Kaiserbrauerei Beck & Co acquired it in 1917 and brewing ended in 1919. Later Remmer-branded hospitality survived much longer and is not treated as brewery continuity.
