Status: Active / house brewery. Current website footer identifies Sturm Restaurationsbetriebe GmbH & Co. KG as current hospitality operator. The former Schadt's Brauerei Gasthaus KG was deleted in 2015, so the historic KG is not reused as current legal operator. Current physical house brewery at Marstall 2 / Höhe 28. First-party 2026 site says its beer is brewed in the restaurant in front of guests, with visible open fermenters. The brewhouse has operated since 1985 and currently produces Schadt's Pilsener, Märzen, Weizen and seasonal beers.
