What we have established
Status: ACTIVE / NON-COMMERCIAL SHOW & PARTICIPATORY BREWERY. Ownership as recorded: Count as a real physical brewery in the Archive, but exclude from ordinary commercial-producer census. This resolves the Pass 75 classification hold without inflating commercial counts.. First-party evidence says the revived brewery was ceremonially reopened 5 Nov 2011 and first brewed 19 Nov 2011. It is currently operated as a volunteer Schau- und Mitmach-Brauerei, used only a few times per year; its beer is not ordinary commercial merchandise and there is no fixed recurring beer.
