What we have established
Status: ACTIVE / NON-COMMERCIAL COMMUNITY NANOBREWERY. Ownership as recorded: Physical brewing and operator are first-party. Volunteer/non-commercial small-batch production is explicit; do not inflate ordinary commercial census counts.. Schwemme e.V. explicitly calls the current operation a Nanobrauerei and says brewing takes place in the historic Schwemme in Halle, with all stages from recipe development and raw-material selection through brewing, storage, bottling and labelling performed in-house. The current 2026 beer ledger documents numerous small-batch Pelikan beers. The beers are produced voluntarily in small quantities, so this is a real physical brewery but should be kept outside an ordinary commercial-producer count, similar to Hundisburg. [Germany Pass 79]
