Status: CLOSED_SITE_2026_SEEKING_NEW_LOCATION. Schiller Park brewery/taproom announced a planned final service day of Feb. 15, 2026. Reporting said the closure was intended to be temporary and the business was seeking a new location. Do not equate site closure with corporate dissolution. Current use/fate of Metropolitan IP after this closure remains unresolved. [Illinois Pass 03]
