Pass 17: Six Harbors targeted beer-depth audit. Current menu/location aggregators and community databases show an extensive beer catalogue, but accessible evidence did not expose a reliable first-party brewery-controlled beer catalogue. No beer rows promoted solely from BeerAdvocate/Untappd. Owner-uploaded menu evidence is retained as a lead, not treated as first-party archive proof. Pass 87: 2026 Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory event page corroborates active Six Harbors venue at 243 New York Avenue, Huntington. Beer catalogue and production provenance remain under targeted verification; no unsupported on-site brewing claim added. Pass 88 resolves production provenance. 2018 and 2019 direct-owner reporting states Six Harbors lacked a full mash system because of town restrictions. Mark Heuwetter developed recipes; concentrated wort was produced in New Zealand (2018 coverage names collaborator Brian Watson / 2019 says a friend), shipped to Huntington, then water/ingredients/yeast were added and fermentation occurred in Six Harbors' tanks. Therefore do not describe the operation as a conventional all-grain brewhouse or as merely a tasting room buying finished beer. Founders Mark and Karen Heuwetter; taproom opened May 2018.
