California Pass 187. Official current site confirms active Arnold brewery. Brewers Association-published CraftBeer.com history says Snowshoe opened in 1995 in the Meadowmont Lodge, founded by Al O'Brien and Jeff Yarnell; Joe Sunburg and Sheri Chanell took over ownership in November 2019, with Tom Schuermann documented as brewmaster in 2020. GoCalaveras identifies Snowshoe as Calaveras County's only current brewery.
