What we have established
Status: ACTIVE / PRODUCTION BREWERY. Ownership as recorded: Ownership/legal structure remains PARTIAL: the current website imprint still names Jürgen Eckart personally at an older address while separate 2026 corporate evidence indicates a new GmbH structure. Preserve the transition/conflict rather than forcing one operator.. First-party history says the brewery was founded in Lindhorst in 2005, its Brauhaus opened 17 May 2007, a new brewing system entered service in 2022, and from January 2026 the brewery moved to Fabrikstr. 13a in Wolmirstedt. Christian and Jürgen Eckart are identified as brewers. Current 2026 brew-course dates confirm operation after the move. [Germany Pass 79]
