Current manufacturing-license evidence accepted; brand/history enrichment remains pending. Official site verifies active SquareHead Brewing at 420 High St., Holbrook, with current taproom hours and a first-party beer portfolio. Official gallery also documents brewery construction, yeast lab and an adjacent hop farm. Current tap page includes beer plus cider/cocktails/wine; only beer entries were considered for founder/opening reconstruction: father-son homebrewers Dave and Brad Jordan opened the public tasting room October 20, 2018 after buying a roughly 1,400-sq-ft High Street property in 2013 and enduring about five years of permitting/build-out delays. Their brewing connection spans three generations: Dave had brewed with his own father as a teenager before Brad later gave Dave a brewing kit, restarting the hobby together. Brad was a graphic designer; Dave a NYC construction worker.
