A primary Modesto Bee advertisement in 1890 again identifies A. Sorensen as proprietor of Stanislaus Brewery. A 1885 Modesto Bee court report independently refers to Sorensen & Petersen's brewery. The 1890 advertisement also promotes National Brewing Company's lager as an agency product, so that outside beer is not added as a Stanislaus Brewery beer. Exact founding, closure, local beer names and ownership transition remain UNKNOWN.
